About Rex GeRoy Construction

Our company was founded in 2009 as a partnership between father and son, Rex GeRoy and Joe GeRoy. Rex has had over 30 years of experience building both custom homes and remodeling existing ones. While Joe has had 10 years of experience working in corporate finance and accounting when the company was founded. We combine construction knowledge with a sound understanding of budgeting and financials related to the business. Rex retired in 2015, and Joe has taken over running the business smoothly since!

Growing up, Joe has always loved construction. He used to join his dad on his jobsites as a kid, and the passion has stayed with him! He is a proud alumni of Washington State University, and now spends his free time skiing, golfing, and boating with his beautiful family! His wife, Lauren, and daughter, Emmy, also like to enjoy CenturyLink Field as a Seahawks season ticket holder. He has a strong passion for delivering quality remodeling work combined with excellent communication along the way.
